Plate & Plan ("we," "us," or "our") is operated by New Genesis Global Solutions LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit plateplan.health, complete the quiz, or purchase a personalized meal plan.

- Quiz answers — your stated goal, dietary preferences, activity level, and available cooking time. These are used to generate your plan.
- Email address — collected at checkout to deliver your purchase and provide order-related communication.
- Payment information — processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Basic usage data — such as pages visited, device or browser information, and approximate location used for site operations and analytics.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to generate and deliver your personalized 7-day meal plan, process payments, provide order support, review refund requests, improve the product and website, maintain security, prevent abuse, and meet applicable legal or operational requirements.
We do not sell your personal information to advertisers.
3. Service Providers
We rely on service providers for functions such as payment processing, digital delivery, website hosting, analytics, advertising, and technical operations. These providers may process limited information needed to perform their services according to their own terms and privacy policies.
4. Payments
Stripe processes payment and related fraud-prevention information. Plate & Plan does not directly store full payment-card details. Payment providers may retain transaction records as required for fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, and account administration.
5. Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand general website usage, including page visits, devices, traffic sources, and interaction events. We do not intentionally send email addresses, full payment details, or sensitive quiz responses as analytics parameters.
6. Advertising, Cookies, and Google AdSense
Plate & Plan may use Google AdSense and related advertising technologies. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies, local storage, web beacons, IP addresses, or other identifiers for ad delivery, measurement, frequency controls, fraud prevention, and related operations.
